Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer free domestic shipping for every order that costs $50 or more. The orders below $50 will chare extra shipping fee by automatic calculation at the checkout window. We encourage customers to mix up different buying options to reach the free-shipping threshold.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

We use the majority of USPS carrier services to get your item delivered. The various service options serve for different and specific requests.

Our USPS delivery options/features:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5day delivery;
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3day fast delivery;
  • USPS First-Class Mail: 1-5day mailer delivery.

Where are the shipments come from?

We currently ship out the orders from our California-Bay Area warehouse location. We will notify through our business channels (website, social media, and email) if we have major updates on our shipping locations.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

Our Processing Time:

According to the fact that we only offer hand-made scented products, all orders are processed within 1to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please keep this time in mind for calculating the exact date the order can be received. You will receive an E-mail notification confirming that your order has shipped. 

Delivery Time:

Delivery time with ground shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US, however we also offer 1-3 day services (USPS Priority Mail) for emergency shipping requests. The estimated delivery date for your order will be displayed at checkout window.

How Can I Keep Track Of My Placed Order(s)?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at alisonguo@shapedandscent.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What to do if my orders are marked delivered but still have not received your items?

It is interestingly to say that carriers sometimes are likely to mark your order as "delivered" but put a hold on actual delivery process due to personal conditions. It is recommended to wait for two days after the "no show" situation starts.

If the solution above is unsatisfactory or there is a clear sign showing your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible via alisonguo@shapedandscent.com to file for a replacement order. We will process the request within 48 hours.

What if I found out that my shipping information(address/payment method, etc.) was incorrect since the purchase has been successful?

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We strongly recommend customers double-checking your shipping address during checkout.

If an order is shipped to an incomplete(missing unit number or zip code) address provided by the customer, Shape & Scent recommends checking with the shipping carrier to make sure that your package is sending back to the company's warehouse. Then, please contact us as soon as possible to file for a replacement order to cover up the mistake.
