The Return Policy

Your Return Benefits

We offer a free-of-charge return and refund service for every order within 30 days after the purchase is successful. For the requests that exceed the 30-day period, we only can offer a partial refund(typically 30% of the order price) as a one-time store coupon. 

Returnable / Non-returnable Items

The majority of our items can be returned as long as packages are returned in the original condition (products without signs of usage). However, we currently do not accept returns to the orders with following conditions: 

  •       The trail-size or sample products (scent sample cards and the associated wax melts);
  •       The gift wraps (special engravings, hand lettered notes, etc.);
  •       Every product is marked as “final sales”;
  •       Refilled products (candle refills, diffuser refills, etc.)

Acceptable Return Requirements

All the return requests will only be accepted under following conditions:

  1. All the packages (wrapping materials, labels, and package boxes) are in their original condition;
  2. The packages are returned with their own customer invoice slips showing the purchase time, price, order number, and payment methods;
  3. Returned items without any damage and signs of usage (candles with burn sign,etc).

Refund Methods

We offer two major methods to get your item refunded: refund to original payment methods and refund as store discount.

  • Refund to original payment method

We will refund the order to your original bank account after the request is completed and approved. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the refund regarding the bank’s policies.

  • Refund to store discount

We will offer a discount code immediately once the request has been issued and approved. The discount code will update on the return page and email. The code can be used to place other orders with discounted prices.

Return Procedure

To initiate and complete a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Go to our return service portal (from your confirmation email or order page from your account) to fill in your order number and contact info (email/phone number used to make purchase);
  • Choose your reason for return/refund and fill in detailed reason as texts or images if it is necessary;
  • Choose to ship your item with a return label provided by us or ship on your own. 

For ship with our return label, you should:

1. Download and print the returns label. 

2. Pack all the returned items, along with a print-off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the label to a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. 

3. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship it. 

Return Carrier Options

We currently use FedEx to ship back orders with return requests.

Damage Or Lost Returns

Sometimes a return package can be damaged and even lost during the shipping process and it is hard to prevent. We will notify the impacted customers through email about the situation and we also have to ask the return package sender to file for a claim from the authorized return carrier (Fedex) before the refund is issued.
